The following U-Can Goals were challenged to the Chapter for this year:

- Hold four Board meetings and four Chapter meetings.
- Increase attendance at Chapter mtgs. to at least 15 per mtg.
- Have at least two guests at each meeting.
- Schedule time for members to share new project info around the state.
- Have fun at the meetings.
- Have something worth-while at each meeting.
- Provide incentives for attendance.
- Each active member to attend at least three meetings this year.
- Activate two members to attend at least two meetings this year.
- Increase members by 5 persons (41 now to 46).
- Provide a plan to increase members.
- Produce at least four newsletters.
- Each leader to provide an article for each newsletter.
- Each member to receive each newsletter.
- Have at least four classes.
- Have at least two members from our chapter attend each class.
- Earn $2,000.00 for our chapter.
- Provide assistance to chapter members with incentives to attend.
- Have a report of each member, their certifications, and if they are current.
- Hold at least one class to assist with their certifications.
- Provide a friendly report to present at each chapter meeting.
- Install an annual approved budget.
- Spend the chapter funds prudently and wisely.
- Continue to develop the chapter website.
- Find another member to assist in the maintenance of our site.
- Publish and maintain the site.
- Attend all meetings required by the Chapter & Region.
- Participate and represent our Chapter as a true Montanan.
- Promote IRWA goals and work on personal IRWA certification.
- Invite, allow, and inspire others to participate to their full capabilities.
- Assist each leader and member in our chapter.
- Listen to others.
